Health and Wellbeing in Later Life

  • Allora Community Hall 55 Herbert Street Allora, Queensland, 4362 Australia (map)

Retirement and ageing are transitions that can be scary and exciting. Transitions can bring grief and trauma, but they also bring excitement and opportunity.

Held during Queensland Seniors Month, Dr John Barletta will host this informative, interesting and interactive session as he tackles the ‘what and how’ of wellbeing, guiding goals and actions to help you focus on what’s important, so you can develop the best version of yourself in retirement and ageing.

These sessions are for THINKING ABOUT RETIREMENT, TRANSITIONING TO RETIREMENT OR ALREADY IN RETIREMENT, and interested in how you can forge a great retirement and stay well and connected.
