We’re proud to welcome the national Men’s Shed community to sunny Brisbane for the 11th AMSA National Men’s Shed Gathering, taking place from 24–26 March 2026.

The AMSA National Men’s Shed Gathering is the Australian Men’s Shed Association’s premier biennial event. Bringing together shed members, community stakeholders, and supporters from across the country for three days of learning, connection, and celebration.

As co-hosts, the Queensland Men’s Shed Association is thrilled to help showcase the strength and spirit of our local sheds while supporting the broader Men’s Shed movement. Together with major partner Fair Dinkum Builds, we’re looking forward to welcoming Shedders to the beautiful Royal on the Park Hotel & Suites in Brisbane.

This year’s theme, “Building Healthy Communities,” highlights the vital role Men’s and Community Sheds play in improving the lives of men, their families, and the wider community. The program will feature three key streams: Shed Development, Health & Wellbeing, and Community Development.

Highlights include:

• Day 1: Shed Tours across Brisbane, followed by a Welcome Reception and Trade Exhibition.

• Day 2: Shedder’s BBQ Breakfast and a full day of conferencing.

• Day 3: More conferencing, capped off with the Shedder’s Dinner and the National Men’s Shed Awards.
