Join Dr John Barletta for a free community session exploring how to live well, age well and flourish.
A good retirement is about more than finances. It’s about staying healthy, connected, and finding purpose.
What does it take to thrive in life, not just get by, but live with purpose, connection and energy? Drawing on decades of psychological experience and insights from his Wellbeing Workbook, John will share practical, evidence-based ideas to help you build wellbeing, strengthen relationships, maintain purpose and create healthy habits for a fulfilling life.
Born in Bundaberg and raised on a sugar cane farm, Dr John Barletta is a retired Clinical Psychologist, Wellbeing Coordinator at the Maleny Men’s Shed and Health & Wellbeing Specialist for the Queensland Men’s Shed Association.
