Resilient Minds Connected Communities

Free Community Wellbeing Sessions with Dr John Barletta

Following the Western Queensland surface trough, heavy rainfall and flooding experienced between March and May 2026, community members are invited to attend a free Resilient Minds Connected Communities session with wellbeing specialist Dr John Barletta.

These practical, engaging sessions are designed to help people build resilience, strengthen community connections, and develop strategies for navigating life's challenges. Best of all, attendees can enjoy a free meal, connect with others in their local community and take home practical wellbeing resources.
