Celebrating Men’s Shed Week 2026
EVENT BY INVITATION
As part of Men’s Shed Week 2026, Men’s Shed Presidents across Metro North area are warmly invited to come together for the next Metro North Presidents Forum.
This forum is a valuable opportunity for the Shed executives to connect, share ideas and hear news from around the state, including the recent National Shed Gathering.
Why Attend?
This forum offers an excellent opportunity to connect with fellow Shed leaders from across the region, discuss current developments within the Men's Shed movement, share practical ideas and experiences, and explore ways to continue strengthening and supporting our respective Sheds and members.
Your hosts for the day will be QMSA Zone Chairman Rodney Hansen and the Sandgate Men's Shed. If there is anything you would like added to the agenda, please let Rodney know prior to the event.
Coffee, tea and biscuits available from 9am for a 9.30am start

Important information for visitors
Due to current works, there is some disruption to parking at the Shed. However, ample parking is available in the surrounding areas of East Avenue, Twenty Second Avenue, Twenty Third Avenue, Twenty Fifth Avenue, and Decker Park.
The entrance to the Shed is opposite “Puk” Coffee Shop in Beaconsfield Terrace (or Hornibrook Highway as it is sometimes called)
