Striking a Chord: Coolum Men’s Shed Proposes Men’s Shed Music Festival

Does your Shed have a Music Group? The Coolum Men’s Shed is on an exciting mission to host a “Men’s Shed Music Festival” that brings together the musical talents of Men’s Sheds from the Sunshine Coast and beyond. The aim is to celebrate not only the joy of making music together but also the invaluable benefits of belonging to a Men’s Shed. The Coolum Men’s Shed features a strong Music Group with plays that range from total beginners to highly skilled jazz musicians and players of rock and pop music.

Coolum Shed is currently taking expressions of interest with the tentative plan to hold the Festival in mid-July 2024 at the Coolum-Peregian RSL.
